I woke up already behind. I felt like everything depended on me. And no matter how much I got done, it never felt like enough.
I kept waiting for things to slow down—telling myself I’d feel better “someday.”
It never came.
What changed wasn’t my schedule—it was how I was carrying it.
I stopped running on pressure. I set boundaries without guilt. I built simple systems that actually fit my life.
